Imagine Art is recruiting to fill 15 Member slots to serve as Full and Half-Time AmeriCorps Members in the Imagine Arts AmeriCorps Program. The Members will be identified as Artist-In-Residence and will provide direct educational and support services to artists with disabilities. AmeriCorps Members will provide art instruction and mentorship to support artists with disabilities’ development toward professional engagement in the arts. Members will serve 1700 hrs (40 hrs/wk from September 1, 2021- July 28, 2022. Members earn a living allowance in the amount of $14,279). Upon successful completion of service, members are eligible for an educational award of $6,195 that can be utilized at Title IV colleges and universities or to repay qualifying student loans.
