The Santa Barbara Museum of Art is seeking a Director and Chief Executive Officer to expand beyond the Museum's mission to integrate art into the lives of people and enrich those lives in Santa Barbara and beyond by building deeper connections with the community. The Director will continue to ensure the financial and creative success of SBMA, build upon a diverse and inclusive educational and community programming, attract philanthropic support, and lead staff while maintaining SBMA's values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access within all functions of the Director role. Salary begins at $250,000 and includes residence in a home owned by the Museum located within walking distance from the museum. The opportunity is located in Santa Barbara, CA, USA.
