Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Orchestra Stage Manager assists in the planning, preparation, and physical implementation of all rehearsals and concerts both at the Fisher Center and at the Bard College Conservatory of Music. This is an in-person, year-round, non-exempt (overtime-eligible), hourly position paid at an hourly rate range of $20–21/hr, commensurate with experience. The position will start approximately in November 2022.

Approximately 30 plus hours per week during performance weeks in the fall and spring semesters of the Bard academic year and 40+ hours per week during the Bard Music Festival (August 4–14, 2023)
