Filmmakers with diverse backgrounds can apply for a finishing fund to complete live-action narrative feature films. Projects must align with CAPE's mission to promote diversity. Must have premiered a live-action film at a festival before. Teams of up to two co-directors. Must be at least 18 years old and have legal right to work in the U.S.
