The part-time Administrative Assistant for the Alan D. Marks Center for Career Services and Entrepreneurship is responsible for assisting the Assistant Dean, Business Development Director, Associate Director, Administrative Coordinator, and any part-time, seasonal, or work-study staff with all programs and services that address the needs of students and alumni related to career development and entrepreneurship. The Administrative Assistant assists in the record keeping, communication, marketing, scheduling, and customer service of the Marks Center and flagship Hire Juilliard Performers Program.

The Administrative Assistant work schedule will be approximately Monday-Friday, 12pm-5pm. This is a Seven Month – Part Time Position. The wage is $25/hour.
