Etobicoke Philharmonic Orchestra is holding its seventh Young Composers Competition, which is inviting submissions of original orchestral compositions from Canadians aged 32 years and under. The competition offers three cash prizes, including a $2,000 Grand Prize, $1,000 Runner-up, and $500 Promising High School Composer prize. The Grand Prize winner’s composition will feature in an EPO concert in the upcoming concert season. The application deadline is November 10, 2023.
