Welcome to Chinatown is offering a three-month residency for small businesses at a fully built-out storefront incubator in Chinatown's Mott Street. Selected entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to bring their business to life in a real space in front of 5,000 people a day. The monthly base cost is $700 plus utilities and insurance, with additional costs based on a small share of sales. Mentoring, networking opportunities, and community support are provided. Applicants must have online or market traction and a clear vision for the storefront. Open to product and retail businesses with shelf-stable items made off-site.
