Visual Arts


Artists invited for Art Futures Fellowship at Space for International Cooperation in Athens, Greece. Two-month residency from mid-Feb to mid-April 2025, mentorship, final presentation opportunity. Open to all performing artists. Total expense allowance of 4,000 EUR.


Warimono Gallery is hosting Passing Glows, an online exhibition celebrating transient moments from September 1-30, 2024. Artists are invited to submit works exploring fleeting experiences, with no submission fee and 100% sales retention. Open internationally to all artists.


Artists who identify as Black, Indigenous, or people of color can spend five weeks in Western New York exploring new directions in glassmaking or expanding on their current work. Transportation, room and board, and a supply budget are provided.

Music


inner sOUndscapes concert series at University of Oklahoma seeks submissions of electroacoustic trombone works. Anonymous submissions, max 10 mins, due Aug 15, 2024. Selected works performed in mid-November 2024. Contact provided for technical questions.


NDI in NYC is seeking Pianists to accompany, compose, and teach music to children in partner schools, promoting diversity and inclusion in arts education. Part-time basis starting at $40/class, with additional compensation for performances and trainings.


Annual workshop by Pacific Chamber Orchestra in Livermore, CA for emerging composers of U.S. projects promoting cultural diversity. Selected participants receive $500.


 

Performing Arts


Open call for UNT Studio Musical casting male actors early 40s and 13-15 years old. Must be fluent in English and able to speak conversational Tagalog. Strong singing required. Application link provided.


The Rauschenberg Emergency Grants program provides one-time grants of up to $5,000 for recent unexpected medical, dental, and mental health emergencies to artists creating in the visual arts, film, and choreography. Artists must meet specific income requirements, have U.S.-based emergencies, and show recent activity in their artistic discipline. No lost wages, living expenses, or medical care for others. Program cycles offer $150,000 in total funding per cycle. Open to U.S. residents 21 years or older. Applications have specific eligibility and artistic requirements. Funds cover eligible emergency expenses for up to 12 months from the date of the emergency. Apply online.
