  1. Casting Call - Marching Band & Colorguard Performers - Disney+| November 1st We will be casting 60 Marching Band Members to include 10-12 Drumline and also 15 Color Guard performers for filming on Monday, 11/7/22 and Tuesday, 11/8/22. This scene will portray the marching band in full uniform in their halftime-show band practice, marching in formation and the color guard twirling their flags. The band members will be pantomiming playing their instrument over a pre-recorded track. All band members must provide their own instruments. The Costumes Department has requested a wardrobe fitting for this role in Atlanta, GA on Wednesday, 11/2/22. You would receive compensation for attending the fitting. Background performer services: $250/12 hrs per date per performer. This is a flat rate for 12 hours of work. Each performer will be paid by check through the production’s payroll company. Each performer will complete a digital voucher on the date of work for compensation. Checks will be mailed approximately 2-3 weeks after the work date. COVID-19 testing bumps: Each performer will receive compensation of a $62.50 COVID-19 Testing Bump for any testing outside of a work date. Wardrobe Fitting bumps: Each performer will receive compensation of a $62.50 Wardrobe Fitting Bump for attending a wardrobe fitting.

  2. Audition Travel Stipend - Stagetime | November 14th Recipients will be notified by November 17, 2022. It's no secret that a career in the performing arts is not only hard, but also expensive. The Stagetime Audition Travel Stipend can be used toward audition expenses (professional, training program, festival, etc.), such as travel and housing (this does not include audition fees). Your Stagetime profile must contain a bio, profile pic, and education or career highlight, plus at least one of the following - schedule, media, or resume item - to be eligible for consideration. Applicants must be 18 years or older at the time applications are due.

  3. Studio Residency Grant - Women's Studio Workshop | November 15th The Studio Residency Grant is a six- to eight-week residency for artists to create new work in any of our studio disciplines: intaglio, letterpress, papermaking, screenprinting, photography, or ceramics. WSW invites applications from artists at any stage in their careers. This grant includes a stipend of $350/week, up to $500 for materials used during the residency, up to $250 for travel within the Continental US, free onsite housing, and 24/7 studio access. WSW can also provide technical advice and production assistance. This residency has a two-step jury process: a rotating, impartial jury selects the finalists and then WSW applies for NEA funding for the chosen projects.

  4. The Jake Kent Cooke Young Artist Award | November 30th $10,000 need-based non-renewable scholarship for pre-collegiate musicians between the ages of 8-18!

  5. Social Media Intern - Ultimate Music Business Summit | November 30th Help run the UMBS social media accounts on various platforms REQUIREMENTS School year: Third and fourth-year undergraduate and graduate students preferred. Major: Any but familiarity with music and the music world is preferred.
