Visual Art

Grants for Artist Projects (GAP) are unrestricted project-based grants of $1,500 awarded to 65 artists working in all disciplines across Washington State. Funding may be used for but not limited to artist fees, materials, equipment, space rental, travel for research, documentation, professional development opportunities, marketing and promotion, support to continue a current project, support to start a new project, and many other needs related to your project. Artists must be 18 years of age or older, Washington State residents at the time of both application and payment (payment will be made in the October 2024).

The Visual Artists Association offers the exclusive Momentum Artist Growth Programme, providing tools for business development, selling art, career coaching, marketing insights, and more. The short online course includes discussions, case studies, and aims to enhance artists' income streams. Limited spaces available for free.

The City of West Hollywood is seeking artists, curators, and arts organizations in the United States to submit proposals for temporary public art projects. The Art on the Outside program funds the display of art at City-owned locations with budgets averaging $8,000. Eligible categories include Craft/Traditional Arts, Photography, Drawing, Film/Video/New Media, Mixed-Media/Multi-Discipline, Painting, and Sculpture. The program is best suited for prefabricated artworks that can be easily installed.




MUSLAB opens call for electroacoustic works. Composers & artists submit music or video art for MUSLAB 2024. Works free & unlimited. Categories for stereo audio or video compositions. Works selected for co-production with CERO RECORDS. Must register & provide necessary documents. Submission can be audio only or audio and video. Selection committee evaluates work. Selected works included in CD/DVD production. Participants notified upon selection. Opportunity to be part of CERO RECORDS catalog, create graphic design, distribute music, collaborate with artists globally. Contribution required, partnership with producers. Retain 100% authorship. Mechanical license for digital distribution.

Zeitschleife Verlag is a Graz-based arts organization dedicated primarily to presenting contemporary music productions in reinvigorated contexts. We understand music as being continuously reimagined and reinvigorated by its past, rejecting aesthetic constraints and prioritising quality of sound and experience. Therefore, we have curated projects focused on spatial exploration, passage of time, invention and re-invention of instruments, and looking at past musical practices to find new and interesting ways forward.

Zeitschleife Verlag seeks composers, musicians, and scholars to submit works exploring time and sound. No entry fee. Offers supportive contracts, celebrates creativity, and free submissions. Contact at contact@zeitschlei

Espacios Sonoros is accepting multichannel electroacoustic works for their open call in Salta, Argentina in September 2024. Two categories are available: international open call and open call for young Latin American composers. Submissions accepted until June 24th, with selected works announced in July. Works should be 5-15 minutes long, with Ambisonics B-format preferred. No fees. Composers' presence encouraged but not required.


Performing Arts

Dance/NYC offers two-year general operating support grants to dance making organizations in the NYC area with budgets of $25,000-$250,000. Up to 25 grants awarded.

Seeking Voice Actors (English, Setswana, Korean) for an animated scene project exploring cross-cultures through animation. Previous experience in voice acting preferred, clear and authentic delivery required. No application fee.

At Starling Music Entertainment, we're looking to take on a few new musicians for our roster. We're an active booking company with a ton of gigs every year, and we need to meet that demand with a larger supply of talented musicians.

Once we get you in our roster, we'll be contacting you when we have incoming gigs, so you can take them. At Starling we care about having the best musicians! We service the continental US and Canada and are based out of NYC and Philadelphia.
